Accuracy 1st, Inc. offers a 30 day return policy on defective products from the date of purchase. For non-defective returns Accuracy 1st, Inc. offers a 30 day return policy and will refund the purchase price of the product minus a 3% processing fee. Accuracy 1st, Inc. needs to be contacted prior to any returns.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Scheduling Notice: Bookings are limited to less than 6 months in advance.
Refund Requests: Refunds are available only when requested at least two weeks prior to the scheduled class. To request a refund, you must contact us directly.
Refund Details:
· A 3% processing fee from all refunds.
· If a customer elects not to reschedule and still requests a refund, the 3% fee will apply.
· No-shows (Those who do not show up and do not notify us) will not receive a refund.
Exceptions: We understand life happens. We will make exceptions in the case of:
· Medical emergencies
· Military or law enforcement obligations that cannot be rescheduled. In such cases, we do our best to reschedule you to a future class rather than issue a refund.
