Training Eligibility Disclaimer

IMPORTANT NOTICE - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

All participants should be prepared to show proof of identity (valid state issued ID or passport).

Eligibility Requirements for International Participants

All international participants residing in the United States must possess a valid U.S. driver's license to attend Accuracy1st training programs. If you are a foreign national and do not currently hold a valid U.S. driver's license, you must contact us directly to determine your eligibility before registering for any training course.

Pre-Attendance Confirmation Required

It is the responsibility of each participant to confirm their eligibility for training prior to attendance. Failure to verify eligibility in advance may result in denial of entry to the training program.

No Liability for Travel Expenses

Accuracy1st expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for travel expenses, accommodation costs, or any other expenses incurred by participants who:

• Fail to confirm their eligibility prior to attending training
• Are denied entry to training due to failure to meet eligibility requirements
• Arrive at training without proper documentation or authorization

Policy on Misrepresentation

We reserve the right to deny participation to anyone who:

• Fails to meet eligibility requirements
• Provides false or incomplete information

By registering for any Accuracy1st training program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these eligibility requirements. You further acknowledge that you are solely responsible for confirming your eligibility before traveling to or attending any training session.

Registration fees will not be refunded due to ineligibility
